A single image can communicate more than a thousand words. We are constant visual learners and communicators. The ability to convey a message through a picture, a symbol, or a simple mark is a powerful discipline that I been have striving to make my life work.

"Mototvated" 2021
Motovated is a privately owned car decal and dealership. I drafted and designed the business banner for their building. I enjoyed working with the owner and seeing his small business grow that provides car repair, customization, and auto options.
Starting as early as 2017 I began to do work with others creating custom designs. I helped re-create the Murray High School wrestling team's logo, gear, and merchandise. We focused on displaying themes of responsibility and fortitude.
This led to more opportunities for different ideas. During that time I also worked with the Water Polo coach and helped build her dream design into a proposal logo for their team.

I have worked on other projects from simple single-spread designs to formatting entire books with unique illustrations and typography. I have learned how to manage master pages, format package files, and use these skills in fundamental printing and editorail deign.

Chapter One
Mental Mindset was a research and expression-focused webpage that addresses Utah's mental health issues. I was able to share my personal battles, the thoughts of a therapist on the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, and other local discussions. I produced infographics with detailed research, and resources and made a mock-up of a self-mailer. It was an educational project I took personally as I wanted to promote mental health awareness through this digital magazine.

Our world is surrounded by constant turmoil and anger. It is often difficult to look at the bright side. Being a fan of J. R. R. Tolkien, this piece was inspired by one of his quotes from The Hobbit.
